HOW TO REVERSE AGING(After age 40)

You’re check up results: Abnormal?

When you get lab work, the first thing you look for is to see if the results are “normal” or if they are abnormal or “out of range.”

When they are normal, you sign relief and move on.

When they are abnormal, the doctor recommends an intervention (diet, exercise or medication) to “bring your numbers back in line.”

So what about this.

What if I told you what you may be living in might be FAR from normal.

What if there is a hidden epidemic that is crushing you and you don’t even know it?

You may have heard the saying “time catches up with everyone. I agree, it will.

But one thing is for absolute certain, it will catch up way faster if you are standing still…

And that is what most people over age 40 are doing.

Aging is inevitable, but how you age is largely within your control.

As you reach your 40s and beyond, you may start to notice changes in your body. You may find it harder to maintain muscle mass, to move with the same ease and agility you once had, and to feel confident in your body.

But here's the thing: it's never too late to take control of your health and fitness.

With the right mindset and approach, you can defy the odds and age gracefully,

maintaining your strength, mobility, and confidence for years to come.

The key is to prioritize your health and fitness, just as you have other areas of your life. You don't have to become a fitness fanatic or spend hours in the gym every day. Instead, focus on small, sustainable changes that you can incorporate into your daily routine.

Start by incorporating strength training into your workout routine. Strength training is not just for bodybuilders or athletes – it's for everyone, especially as you age. Strength training helps maintain muscle mass, which naturally decreases with age, and it can also improve bone density and joint health.

In addition to strength training, prioritize cardiovascular exercise to keep your heart healthy and your energy levels up. Activities like walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming are all great options. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio each week, spread out over several days.

Nutrition is also key to maintaining your health and fitness as you age. Focus on eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Pay attention to your protein intake, as protein becomes more important for maintaining muscle mass as you age.

Finally, don't neglect the importance of flexibility and mobility exercises. Stretching, yoga, and tai chi can all help improve your flexibility, balance, and range of motion, reducing your risk of injury and helping you move more freely.

The truth is, aging is a natural part of life, but it doesn't have to mean losing muscle, mobility, or confidence. By prioritizing your health and fitness, you can defy the odds and age on your own terms.

So, if you are smart, you won't let this catch up with you.

At least not while standing still...
