What TO EAT IN DAY?






So you don't want to be on a high protein diet.


Just like you don't need to be on a low carb diet.


You need to get an adequate amount of these things.


There's no reason to go excessive in any direction. So when people say, you know, when I say we're protein focused on our meal plan, which just means we're trying to get an adequate amount of protein so that we have enough essential amino acids.


So the body can repair and rebuild.


We're simply trying to get enough, which is somewhere depending on you and your activity level close to a gram per pound of ideal body weight per day.


We want to make sure that you're following a sustainable meal plan that you can stay on from now on.


It can't be too restrictive. You need to get enough food.


You need to feel satisfied and not be hungry all the time.


And then, of course you want to work out in a way that creates results

Without damaging your body.


And that's the problem with a lot of fitness and exercise routines. The trainer doesn't understand that the things they're doing are damaging the body long term.


So most people are gonna hit a wall pretty fast, then they're going to get frustrated and they're going to quit.


So what we want to do is to create a way to. be on a sustainable meal plan and a sustainable fitness plan that doesn't take up a lot of time, and not only helps get you in shape, but also helps you fight the clock.


We want to reverse aging, not make the body age more.


And we want to do that in a way that's easy to follow and gets amazing results.


And that's what we do.
