The New Epidemic

We are working to solve a problem that is literally crippling people world wide. It is an epidemic of muscle loss, fat gain and reduced quality of life for hundreds of millions of people worldwide.


Some things to know:


Over 40% of people worldwide ages 40-59 are obese.


This also means that over half of the population in this age group has metabolic syndrome, and they don't even know it. (A cluster of conditions that elevate risk of heart disease)


As an aging generation, we are losing muscle mass, gaining body fat and losing our ability to function at our best.


At age 40 that might mean playing with the kids, looking good on the beach or even having the confidence to be in family photos.


After 50, that turns into can't get down and up off of the floor well, activity levels decreasing and confidence in your body declining.


After 60 it is catastrophic, as people suddenly have a risk of death just from falling surging into numbers that should scare us into action.


But it doesn't.


Most people are just giving up.


In 2020, 39% percent of adults in the United States aged 40 years and older stated that that they don't exercise due to being tired or lacking energy.


This is the problem:


When you lose confidence in your body and your ability to function, nothing else matters.

As you lose muscle, your metabolism slows down making weight loss more difficult, but more importantly losing strength. (It does NOT have to be this way)


Young trainers as well as most of the fitness industry (We have operated 4 very large fitness centers) do not understand this problem.


Frankly, we didn't either at age 3o. Not until age 49 did it really click what was going on.

Now, we have spend tens of thousands of hours and over $107,000 dollars on training and coaching to put together something that will address this problem...


And that has brought you here. .


This is where people find us, learn about our philosophy on fitness and get support.

We are fighting this battle (weight loss, aging and living optimal) every day and helping thousands of others do the same.


And, we are going to do this with or without you.
